The Heavenly Mansions for the senior citizens is controlled and managed by Congregation of the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST). Our motto is to receive from those who have and give to those who do not have. In Kerala alone, we have thirteen centers for educating poor children, four Old Age Homes for the poor, and one Palliative care unit. We also provide free education for deserving children. Heavenly Mansion1 (The Studio type)

The Heavenly Mansion 1 is a 450 sq. ft single occupancy mansion. This spacious and stylish single occupancy comes with living and dining area of 15’ X 8.5’.

The living area comes attached with a 7’ X 3.5’ balcony, the sliding windows towards the balcony allows fresh air and light into the hall.

The Bedrooms are 12’x10.5’ in size with sufficient space for a wardrobe for single occupancy. It has an attached bathroom of 10.5’x6’ that comes with dry and wet area and with a wide door through which a wheelchair can pass. The bathrooms are provided with large washbasins, wall hung EWC with dual flush cistern and provision for grab bars if needed.

The mansion is provided 24/7 with hot and cold water in shower and washbasin area. The mansion floors are non-slippery ceramic/vitrified tile.

Additional amenities in the room are provision for television, AC and Wi-Fi, CCTV, emergency alarms in bathroom, bedroom, and common area, and safety grills for windows and balconies.

Heavenly Mansion 2 (The Executive type)

It is a 550 sq. ft double occupancy executive type mansion. This extra spacious unit comes with 20’x8.5’ living and dining space with 8’x3.5’ balcony attached with sliding doors which allows light and fresh air to pass through, the 20’x8.5’ Bedroom comes in 14’x10.5’ size with 10.5’x6’ washroom that is wheelchair friendly, with anti-slippery tiles and grab rails.

The washrooms are provided with large washbasins, wall hung EWC with dual flush cistern.

These mansions have provision of hot and cold water in shower and washbasin. The floors in and around these mansions are non-slippery ceramic/vitrified tile.

Other amenities in the room are television, AC and Wi-Fi facilities, CCTV, emergency alarms, a well-lit balcony, fully furnished with wardrobes and other storage space, and safety grills for windows and balconies.
